It hit me in the night.  This bug that has flitted about amongst my family members.  All I could do this morning was groggily hobble to the kitchen to make Russell coffee and then back to bed.  Benjamin is still in his pajamas.  I'm sure he doesn't mind as they do have cool trains all over them and are super-super soft.

Gillian coming in and out, bringing me her little treasures – an old tube from a roll of paper towels.  We like to "do-do-do-dooooo!" through them like the Ewoks in Star Wars.

Colin is home.   It made me realize how grown-up he is that just his being home is a comfort.  He can take care of the others.  Get snacks and juice-water.  Help little G in the bathroom.  He can occupy the others while I lay lie vapidly on my bed.

Russell brought me popsicles and movies at lunch.  How I love him.  I watched Julie and Julia and teared up when two of the characters stated to their spouses "You are the bread to my butter, the breath to my life."  I found it so touching I texted it to Russell.  Here is how it went:

Russell:  Are you feeling better?

Bethany:  Yes, I think I've turned a corner.  I like to think that Julia helped me.

Russell:  Good.  Hope you enjoyed the food.  Now you can dance it off with Fame. 🙂 (another movie he brought me)

Bethany:  You are the butter to my bread, the breath to my lofe.

Bethany:  I meant life.

Russell:  :) I've always wanted to be the butter to your loaf.

Edited to add that Fame wasn't all that great.  I want to watch Julie and Julia again.
