Well….I don’t like zucchini 🙂
We usualy use the french term here in Portugal, courgette(s).
I’m sure that we must have a portuguese word for it, but can’t remember.
I do like couscous, although I seldom eat it.
Whenever I had couscous, was with ratatouille, but I would leave some zuchini on the side 🙂
And I can tell you that I’ll eat pretty much anything that appears in front of me.
I just don’t find them any interest.
It’s zucchini and eggplant (beringela in portuguese).
