Walking into the room I could feel the blush coming out on my cheeks. Trying to be cool, I pretended I didn't notice him watching me. I tossed my hair and took a sideways glance in his direction. And suddenly, we were the only two in the room. His look was confident, easy, laid back. His eyes were intense and yet there was kindness emanating from him. He smiled and it was only for me.
I'm so lucky….blessed…thankful for my Russell. He grounds me, supports me, gives me advice, lets me cry, he is always calm, rational and wise. He is my number one fan, my confidante, my best friend. He runs, bikes, swims. He has determination and heart. He gives himself to everyone. He is kind, sincere and forthright. He loves fiercely and is loved fiercely in return. He is careful and considerate. He is noble and chivalrous. He is a gentleman through and through. He always chooses the right path and I am so blessed to get to walk beside him. Hand in hand.
He came along with me to a recent shoot and I couldn't help but snap his picture at work. He is in one word…..amazing.
