Welp, here's this week's Fashion Friday template!  The minute I saw this beautiful goldenrod coat over at my fave-to-drool-over-site Anthropologie.com, I knew I wanted to include it in my what to wear guide!  It's just so gorgeous and fallish and lady-like and fabulous!  Paired with a great men's blazer and blue jeans…this color scheme truly glows.  This looks and feels to me exactly like a beautiful fall day….I can almost smell the chimney smoke, feel the leaves crunch under my (oh-so fabulous) shoes and breathe in the cool, crisp air.  Can't you?  I see this look for a beautiful Fall portrait session with the family – kids running through the leaves…mom and dad cuddling and taking it all in.  The adult looks would also work beautifully for an engagement session (or as us photographers say "e-session").  

You'll notice that the child's clothing doesn't have any yellow in it, nor does the men's coat.  This is perfectly okay!  Yellow and blue are near opposites on the color wheel and therefore,  complimentary colors.  Complimentary colors create vibrancy and interestingly enough, when paired next to one another, make the other appear brighter.  Perfect for a beautiful photo!
