And here it is!  I'm wanting to start several new "series" on the blog – hopefully they'll be regular and inspiring to all of you out there.  *waving*

I get a LOT of questions regarding clothing.  From couples, seniors, families.  Those wanting to dress their children/babies etc.  It's always hard to describe the type of clothing that looks great on camera/in print and so I'll be publishing these"fashion friday" posts with some guidelines on color/pattern etc.

Most clients come in and automatically assume "matching" clothes are preferred.  While it is up to you as the one being photographed, it is certainly NOT the only choice when you are designing your wardrobe.  I tell clients to think "coordinating" instead of matching/identical colors (think all khaki/all white/all black).  You CAN mix patterns and colors and come up with something tasteful and fun and look fabulous!

For this Fashion Friday I designed the outfit around the plum and classic blue color scheme. These outfits would look great in a park/gazebo or on a beautiful tree-lined street. Kids jumping and playing and mom and dad watching from afar.

Let me know what you think about these!
